Trivedi Mechlab is a product design and FDM 3D printing studio based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The seller details at the end of this page identify the business legally. To reach us, use the contact page.

Every job starts with a written quote by email. It states the price in Indian rupees, the material and settings, the quantity, the dispatch estimate and how long the price is valid. We reply to quote requests within 1 working day.

We are not registered for GST yet. Prices carry no GST, and we issue payment receipts, not tax invoices. If this changes, the quote will say so before you pay.

We accept UPI and bank transfer (NEFT or IMPS). Production starts only after the payment has been received and confirmed in our bank or UPI account; a screenshot alone is not confirmation. We do not offer cash on delivery.

By sending a file you confirm that you own it or have the right to have it printed. We may decline any job, for example one that copies a protected design, is a weapon or weapon part, or is unsafe to print.

Your files stay yours. We use them only to quote, design and print your order, never publish them, and delete them as described in the privacy policy.

Design jobs have their own written scope and fixed price, listing the parts, revisions and deliverables. You approve the model before it is printed. Changes outside the agreed scope are quoted separately before any work on them starts.

FDM parts are built in layers, so fine layer lines, small marks where supports were removed and slight variation between prints are normal and not defects. Dimensions that matter must be stated in the request; we then print to suit them and tell you in the quote if a feature is beyond what FDM can hold.

Dispatch times and courier delivery are covered in the shipping policy; cancellations, reprints and refunds in the refund policy. Both form part of these terms.

Printed parts are made to your specification. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for how a part is used, for loss caused by a part used outside its stated material limits, or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will always try to settle a problem directly first; if that fails, the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
