Bulk 3D printing and small-batch production
Trivedi Mechlab prints batches of identical FDM parts in PLA, PETG and ABS/ASA: production spares, fixtures, enclosures and corporate gifts. Tell us the part, the quantity and the date. We plan the run per printer bed and send a per-part price within 1 working day; for larger runs we print one sample for your approval first.

The part, the number, the date.
Those three decide the price. Files help, but a photo and a size are enough to start.
When does batch 3D printing make sense?
From about 10 to a few hundred identical parts, when a mould would cost more than the whole run or the design may still change.
Injection moulding wins at thousands of pieces, but the tool costs lakhs and takes weeks. Printing has no tool: the first part costs the same as the hundredth, and a design change costs a new file, not a new mould.
It suits spares for machines that are out of production, jigs and fixtures for a line, enclosures for a first product run, and logo pieces for an event.
How is a batch priced?
Per part: material and printer time for one bed, divided by the parts that fit on it, plus finishing.
That is why orientation and packing matter. Small changes, such as a flat base or a split into two halves, can fit more parts per bed and lower the price. If we see one, we suggest it with the quote.
How do you keep every part the same?
One print profile per part, saved and reused, the same material per batch, and a check of the first parts before the run continues.
Dimensions that matter are measured on the sample you approve, and the run is printed with exactly those settings. Dispatch for a batch is stated in the quote; single parts dispatch in 1–3 working days.
Corporate and event gifting
Desk pieces, name plates, keychains and branded organisers, made to order with your logo, in quantities from 10 upwards.
Pick “Corporate or gifting” on the form and give the event date. For ready designs, browse the shop and mention the piece you liked.
Batch questions.
Is there a minimum quantity?
No hard minimum. Batch pricing starts to help from about 10 identical pieces, because setup and checking are shared across the run.
Can you add our logo?
Yes, raised, recessed or as a second colour where the design allows. Attach the logo as a PDF, or email the SVG or AI file, and we test it on the sample.
Can you invoice our company?
We issue a payment receipt in your company’s name. We are not GST-registered yet, so there is no GST invoice or input credit for now.
Can you hold stock and ship in lots?
Tell us the schedule in the brief. For repeat parts we keep the print profile on file so every lot is printed with the same settings.
