Shipping policy

To any serviceable PIN code in India, by courier. We do not ship outside India yet, and the studio does not offer pickup.

Each order is printed after payment is confirmed. Most orders dispatch 1–3 working days after that. Large parts, batches and finishes such as sanding, priming or painting take longer; the quote states the dispatch date for those jobs before you pay.

Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays and festival closures, which are listed on the contact page.

Shipping is charged by parcel weight and destination and is shown in your quote, or at checkout for shop orders, before you pay. Any free-shipping offer is stated in the same place.

When the parcel leaves the studio we email the courier name and tracking number. Delivery times after dispatch depend on the courier and the destination; metro cities are usually fastest.

Parts are packed to survive courier handling, but if a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the box and the parts before you throw any packaging away and send the photos within 48 hours of delivery. We reprint or refund as described in the refund policy. If tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, tell us within 48 hours and we raise it with the courier.

Check the address and phone number before paying. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong or nobody accepted it, we ship it again once the courier charge for the second trip is paid.
